inner dance

- allowance to self-illumination -

In inner dance we open a safe space of deep trust and allowance, where the dance of the three outer means: sound, touch and inquiry and the three inner means: awareness, trust and surrender can unfold. The process allows you to experience and witness your inner truth simultaneously, free of indulgence and repression, curious like a child. With your awareness you are invited to allow and surrender to what wants to be seen, revealed, released and embraced. The new gained compassion, truth and wisdom, sets you in a state of whole presence, where you can choose more clearly, freely and empowered.

bioelectric craniosacral therapy

- gentle alignment of body intelligence -

In craniosacral therapy we tune into the matrix of your body own structures through the dural membrane and it’s periphery, the living fascia. Fascia connects and supports all physical body parts. In addition, fascia operates like the physical interface between our various bodies (physical, emotional, mental, energetical) and has the quality to retain body memory through changing its density. So we can access these memories and release what no longer serves us. In this way you can start the process to let go of any trauma, chronical pain, believe system, etc. stored in your bodies, and set the path free to connect to your innate health.

bioelectric craniosacral therapy

- allowance to self-illumination -

In craniosacral therapy (CST) we tune into the matrix of your body own structures through the Dural membrane and it’s periphery, the living fascia. The Dural membrane encloses the brain, the spinal cord and the cerebrospinal fluid and is the core for the primary respiratory mechanism (PRM). The PRM is a breath like expansion and contraction mechanism that we can palpate throughout the whole body and its body parts in various pulsation intervals (tides). The connective tissue fascia connects and surrounds all physical body parts, supports their form and function and goes even as deep as imbedding our cells. In addition, fascia operates like the physical interface between our various bodies (physical, emotional, mental, energetical) and provides the ground substance for our energetic body (Chakras, Meridians).

Fascia has the quality to change its density and form to support the structure, efficiency and functioning of our being. It holds our body in shape and creates patterns, which help us to optimize our physical expression. Repeating patterns, created either voluntarily (playing guitar) or involuntarily (injury, trauma), will shape fascia to support the body’s efficiency and to protect the body by tidying or loosening up. In other words, fascia retains and stores physical, mental, emotional and energetical body memory to support our being. In our connective tissue we find stored memory from our injuries, conditioning, beliefs, emotions, stress, energies to name just a few.

Through craniosacral therapy we can access these memories, bring into awareness what memories might consciously or unconsciously stored and release what no longer serves us. In this way you can start the process to release any trauma, chronical pain, believe system, emotional pattern, etc. stored in our bodies, and set the path free to connect to our inherent body intelligence and access innate health.

Craniosacral therapy is a noninvasive way to actively and passively initiate a process of body felt awareness, bringing presence to the unfolding of the inherent body intelligence and to allow the body own treatment plan to release and restore its healthy system and functioning by itself.

The benefits of craniosacral therapy range form: deep relaxation, balancing emotions, enhanced self-awareness, reduction of chronic pain, rebalancing of body posture, balancing sleep cycles and insomnia, release of physical, emotional and energetic stagnation, offers relieve in mood disorders like depression and anxiety, infant and childhood disorders, stress and tension-related disorders and more.

What is bioelectric craniosacral therapy?

The term and differentiation of bioelectric CST to the other well established biodynamic and biomechanical craniosacral therapy approaches originates from my teacher, friend and business partner Adolf Brown. His holistic way of practicing craniosacral therapy didn’t allow a treatment to be an either or approach of one of the established approaches, but more so a flexible appliance of all of them at times simultaneously. In addition he well figured, that in both approaches questions around some of the perceived information in the matrix field of a system, like energy and spirituality, is or was missing. So the bioelectric approach opens up and invites and incorporation of all perceptions, systems and modalities to bring awareness to the system of a client. The bioelectric approach becomes as unique each time, as the uniqueness of the client on the table requires. The bioelectric approach becomes an invitation to marry the paradoxes in order to establish wholeness. I am deeply honored that I could learn from him, still learn from him and even could start to teach with him.
