my journey
Along my journey, I got introduced to techniques such as craniosacral therapy, meditation, inner dance, bodywork, energy healing, sound healing, shamanic practices, medicine work, astrology, tarot and learned teachings of various traditions, religions and sciences. In my experience it doesn’t matter if we access our true self through the body, the mind, the heart or the spirit, as they all are linked together either way. What matters seems to me, that we allow our whole being to be flexibly harmonized across all levels and that we give ourselves permission to express it consciously.
"Our reality is merely a slight reflection of what is lived and experienced in the unseen. Yet the unseen will rest eternally in the hidden, if we don't allow it to be lived and expressed. The challenge lays in how to build and be the bridge in between."
this is me
my journey
My mother brought me into alternative and holistic healing very early in life and thanks to her I got initiated to Reiki at the age of 12. In my late teens, I learned Swedish massage and started the schooling for applied kinesiology. Yet my belief that I am to young and that I need a “solid” education led me to work in many different areas and got me even a bachelor in economics.
Even I always kept at least one toe in the spiritual realms and healing arts, it was not till I accompanied my mum through severe illness and death, that I finally stopped trying to fit in. I started to trust my inner guidance and became brave enough to follow it. In that period of wrapping up the old, reconnecting myself to my path, I started to travel. Not knowing how long and where it would take me, I knew that a deep journey within and across realities was just about to start.
In Ubud, Bali, I became even more passionate about healing and spirit itself and started to almost solely devote myself to the spiritual quest. My trust in life got enhanced and so it brought me one breadcrumb after the next to follow. Teachings and answers followed all of my experiences and questions and supported my understanding, trust and integration of the experienced. My devotion to personal practice, the stillness I allowed myself to be in and my openness and trust my intuition allowed me to experience fast, what some might call awakenings.

Throughout my journey HEALING became a conscious awareness of the causality of our entirety, GROWTH our willingness to expand and implement beyond our perception of our reality and AWAKENING the act of crossing the limits of self.
My only goal in life became enlightenment, a transcendence of all. What a humble and ambitionless goal, considering the infinity that underlays our universe. It took me a moment, but finally I could laugh about myself, enjoy the irony of spiritual ego and accept the never ending journey with joy and gratitude. Ego is a fascinating friend, it can live and grow on anything, and we might want to be thankful for it. Either way, it was a big step for myself to accept my journey throughout the maze of existence and yet to let go of being the seeker. It was a big one for me to let go of the letting go itself. To find the peace in Being while being on an everlasting quest. ENLIGHTENMENT transformed for me into a conscious expression of the unity living within me, expressed in the many possible forms i can possibly embody it. There is no right or wrong if it originates from a genuine source. I figured, that wholeness can only be achieved, when I embrace, accept and integrate all separation within and around myself, one step after the next. And for that realization and the freedom it carries, I am grateful the most.
And here I am today, sharing my most authentic self as a service to those who feel they can benefit from it, on to their own journey. Offering the best of my abilities, gifts, experiences and knowledge, hoping that it serves you well. Just as I was lucky to find and receive from so many others along my journey, that just offerd me the same, originating from their core. May they have been celebrated for it or not, I am beyond grateful for each one of them!
Let’s rise awareness and embrace our own seemingly separate parts of ourselves to become whole all together.
In love
